Certified Ayurvedic Studies & Lifestyle Programs

Living Wisdom from the Chopra Center Lineage

Stay long enough to find yourself.”

In a world saturated with quick internet fixes, this program is a quiet invitation to slow down, metabolise your life, and return home to your true nature.

A Consciousness-Based Approach to Health

From an Ayurvedic perspective, human beings are not viewed as mere thinking physical machines, but as fields of intelligence in dynamic exchange with the energy and information of their environment. Health is a state of vibrant balance in which every layer of life—body, mind, and soul—is fully integrated.

Offered online for international seekers, practitioners, and lovers of Ayurveda worldwide, this program moves far beyond superficial physical routines. Drawing on decades of educational, somatic, and transpersonal practice, we explore how emotional conditioning and stored trauma can be safely digested, making space for genuine emotional freedom and cellular renewal.

“You teach how to pause and listen within.”

— Penny, A 79-year-old client, South Fremantle Sanctuary (August 2026)

The Five Core Modules

1. The Multidimensional Nature of Life

Consciousness as the Ground State of Existence

Rather than viewing life in purely material terms, we embrace primary consciousness. A consciousness-based perspective creates balance through shifts in awareness, thoughts, interpretations, and choices. By understanding how the basic elements of nature express themselves in your unique constitution (Prakriti), you gain the clarity to make choices that maximise health and alignment.

2. Food as Medicine & Conscious Digestion

Converting Environmental Energy into Biological Intelligence

Next to breathing, eating is our most vital bodily function. We nourish ourselves by converting the energy and information of our external environment into the physical intelligence of our bodies. We explore how to align your nutrition, seasonal rhythms, and digestive fire (Agni) with your innate constitution.

3. Perpetual Renewal & Trauma Release

Detoxification, Digesting & Clearing Toxicity

We accumulate toxicity (Ama) in both mind and body whenever life experiences and past traumas are not completely metabolised. For optimal vitality, our physical and emotional digestive systems must function in a strong, healthy manner. This module focuses on clearing stored physical and emotional residue to restore spontaneous cellular rejuvenation.

4. Emotional Freedom: Intimacy with Your Self

From Unmet Needs to Unshakeable Inner Intimacy

Moving beyond basic hierarchies of need, this work dives deeply into the foundational pillars of emotional and somatic restoration:

  • The 4 As of Life: Appreciation, Acceptance, Attentiveness, and Affection — essential qualities for cultivating true self-love and deep relational alignment.

  • The 7 Biological Responses to Unmet Needs: A framework to map how the nervous system and body store unaddressed emotional patterns.

  • The 7 Steps to Emotional Clearing: Concrete somatic and psychological practices designed to unburden past conditioning and restore balance.

5. Metabolizing Sensory Experience

Healing Through Sound, Touch, Sight & Taste

Life is the continuous interplay between environment, body, mind, and soul. In this module, we explore the five gateways to the inner pharmacy. We learn how to deliberately use sound, visual space, touch, and taste to regulate the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and evoke deep self-healing.
